Ask us a questionProtect your Saxdor 205 through the off-season with a cover built to fit it exactly. We hold the pattern for the 205, so there’s no measuring and no guesswork — you order, we make it, we ship it.
The cover goes over the whole boat and is shaped to sit snugly around the T-top, with straps and a draw cord to hold it tight for a flap-free fit. Every cover is handmade in our Pwllheli loft by a team with over 150 years of combined experience in marine sails and canvas.
Made to order and available for quick dispatch, with UK delivery included.
Top Gun is our go-to fabric for winter covers. We’ve been making covers from it for the past 20 years and trust its strength and durability through a Welsh winter. Other fabrics can be used for specific requirements, so get in touch if you’d like to discuss options.
Choosing your colour: pick any shade from the Top Gun colour range and add it to the order notes at checkout. If you’re not sure, we’ll get in touch to confirm before we start.

An independent loft, not a production line — every order is made by experienced sailmakers in Pwllheli.
Every sail and cover starts with the right pattern for your boat — model-specific, or measured by us for one-off builds.
Cloth is laid out and cut on our loft floor on Pwllheli's East Outer Harbour.
Stitched, reinforced and finished by sailmakers, then checked over before it leaves the loft.
Sent by tracked courier across the UK and Europe, or collected from the loft by arrangement, with repairs and alterations from the same team.

Get in touchWill this fit my boat?
Model-specific sails and covers are patterned for the boat named in the title. If yours has been modified — a new console, different fittings, an outboard bracket — call us before you order and we'll check the fit.
Can you make one to my exact measurements?
Yes. For one-off sizes or fully bespoke work we offer a measuring service. Request a quote and we'll take it from there.
How long will my order take?
Everything is made in our own loft, so lead times change with the season. Call +44 1758 613266 for a current date before you order.
Do you deliver?
Yes. UK delivery is included, we ship to the EU by tracked courier, and you can collect from our Pwllheli loft by arrangement.
Can you repair or alter it later?
Yes. Our loft repairs and alters sails and covers, so the team that made yours can look after it too.
